HOW TO CREATE AN ENTRY

TROUBLESHOOTING YOUR ELECTRONIC ENTRY
Problem: I don't have time to complete my entry but I'd like to get started
The awards system will keep your entry in an IN PROGRESS status until you are able to complete it. The next time your visit the awards site log in and choose MY APPLICATIONS to pick up where you left off.
Problem: I keep hitting SAVE but my entry is not saving
This happens when required fields have not been completed. Review your entry scanning for fields highlighted in red. Complete the field as indicated and click save again.
Problem: I did NOT receive a confirmation email after submitting my entry
Confirmation emails are sent once payment is complete. If you believe your payment has been processed log in and review your email address for accuracy.
Problem: I forgot my password
Click the "lost password" link. You will be prompted to enter your email address so that the password can be reset.
